PHILOSOPHY:
Mr. Hayes has been practicing complex and construction litigation for over 24 years and is head of the firm’s construction litigation group which represents developers, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in residential and commercial construction litigation. Mr. Hayes also maintains a diverse practice which includes tort, general casualty and insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Hayes’ goal is the efficient resolution of disputes through aggressive and creative strategies.
