Philosophy
Ms. Rogers joined SGR, LLC as a Partner. She brings with her an extensive litigation background and expertise in complex construction defect litigation and employment law matters. Ms. Rogers has successfully tried numerous cases primarily to juries. She prides herself on aggressively litigating cases to ensure they are postured for favorable outcomes for her clients. Ms. Rogers believes that early and accurate case evaluations are critical to ensure that her clients can evaluate the risk and/or rewards of litigation and make shrewd business decisions when faced with potential or pending lawsuits.
