Over the last 25 years, Liam has successfully defended civil cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, construction defects, trucking accidents, and commercial and business disputes. Hale: Dismissal of personal injury claims against entity providing maintenance and repair services to a national trucking company.

Hedden: Successful defense of national transportation company in personal injury case alleging traumatic brain injury following accident involving wheelchair lift.
