BACKGROUND
Over the last 25 years, Liam has successfully defended civil cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, construction defects, trucking accidents, and commercial and business disputes. In addition to his civil litigation practice, Liam has advised clients on a variety of insurance coverage issues arising in personal injury, commercial, intellectual property, and construction matters.

Encon International, Inc.: Summary judgment granted on behalf of surety in professional liability case alleging breach of contract, negligence, fraud, and deceptive trade practices.
Putman: Summary judgment obtained in a wrongful death case against national transportation company.
Hale: Dismissal of personal injury claims against entity providing maintenance and repair services to a national trucking company.
Hedden: Successful defense of national transportation company in personal injury case alleging traumatic brain injury following accident involving wheelchair lift.
Danny Fredrich: Successful defense of national wheelchair manufacturer in a personal injury case alleging product liability.
