Background
After an extended break from the practice of law to raise her daughter, Shaun decided to re-enter the legal world and joined SGR, LLC, in February 2024.
Shaun always knew she would return to the practice of law because of a true love and belief in the legal system. The legal system does not always provide immediate results and gratification, but long-term, justice seems to prevail (one way or another).
Practice Areas
Prior to joining SGR, LLC Shaun’s focus was on corporate law with an emphasis in the area of securities law. She has experience with arbitration and litigation defense with both the NASD and the SEC. During a seven year stint as in-house counsel for a recruiting firm, her practice expanded to include all employment related matters, unemployment and worker’s compensation claims.
She is currently paired with one of the firm’s Special Counsel to help successfully represent individuals in family matters including closely held business and family partnership succession planning, real estate transactions, probate administration, conservatorships, guardianships, advising non-profits and trust and estate litigation, general civil litigation and any dispute involving a dissolution of marriage or child custody matters.
