Chris Witte tried an admitted liability case in September of 2018 where the jury awarded less than $800 to the plaintiff. In October of 2018, Eric Simpson obtained a defense verdict in a property damage case. The same month, Chris Witte and Joe Darin obtained a great result at trial with the verdict coming back well below the last offer. In November of 2018, Chris Witte and Joshua Kohler also received a verdict well below the last offer. In December of 2018, Jonathan Eddy and Courtney Kramer obtained a full suit dismissal, including fees and costs, on a Motion to Dismiss.
