Background
Bennett Harrell is an associate on the firm’s employment and government entity defense litigation team. He has represented clients in a wide range of employment matters, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. He also counsels employers on workplace policies, compliance issues, and evolving labor regulations.
Prior to joining SGR, Mr. Harrell practiced at Ramos Law and Kelman Buescher (now Perera & Fedele), where he gained significant litigation experience in both arbitration and court proceedings. His work included drafting dispositive motions, managing discovery, preparing witnesses, and advocating for clients in high-stakes employment disputes.
Mr. Harrell earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado, where he honed his legal research and writing skills and developed a strong foundation employment law. He brings a client-centered, solutions-oriented approach to every matter.
When not at work, Mr. Harrell enjoys spending time in the great Colorado outdoors with his wife, Emily, and their dog, Moose.
