OVERVIEW

 

Mr. Guinn joined SGR, LLC in 2020 and primarily defends general contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals in construction defect matters. Mr. Guinn has also successfully defended landowners, manufacturers, and other businesses and individuals in tort, premises liability, and product liability matters. Mr. Guinn believes that a willingness to litigate a matter through trial, preparation, and honest and frank evaluations lead to the favorable resolution of disputes. Mr. Guinn has successfully resolved hundreds of matters, from informal collegial negotiations and mediation, bench trials, and jury trials. Mr. Guinn is also an experienced appellate attorney, having obtained successful results in numerous appellate matters.
