Background
Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth represented tribal nations in federal and tribal courts. She worked on a wide variety of legal issues, including natural resources and water rights, civil tort claims, criminal prosecution, landlord-tenant law, and family law. Her work involved participating in state administrative rulemaking processes, prosecuting criminal cases in tribal court, and drafting civil and criminal complaints, petitions for review of administrative rules, and various motions, including motions to intervene.
