SGR has continued working hard all year to achieve favorable results for our clients. Kate Laubach recently won a Motion to Dismiss a personal injury case involving significant injuries. Billy-George Hertzke recently obtained a favorable ruling on a dispositive motion in a bad faith case in the 10th Circuit. Jessica Schultz and Chris Witte obtained a defense verdict from a jury in a personal injury case where the plaintiff was seeking over $4 million dollars. Billy-George Hertzke was a speaker at the Colorado Defense Lawyer Association’s Bootcamp for Young Lawyers. Courtney Kramer and Jennifer Nelson recently won a Motion to Dismiss under the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act. Lori Hulbert was recently named as one of the top attorneys in Sterling, Colorado.
