SGR hopes everyone is staying safe and healthy. The SGR continues working hard to obtain favorable outcomes for our clients. In December of 2019, Chris Witte and Maria Zalessky obtained a defense jury verdict in a personal injury case. In January of 2020 , Billy-George Hertzke obtained a favorable jury verdict below the pre-trial offer. Billy-George Hertzke and LaQunya Baker received a defense verdict in bad faith case in January, 2020. Jessica Schultz obtained summary judgment in a bad faith case in January of 2020. Billy-George Hertzke obtained a defense jury verdict in a trial in Kansas City in February of 2020. Chris Witte and LaQunya Baker obtained a defense jury verdict in a personal injury case at the end of February, 2020. Lori Hulbert obtained a not guilty verdict in alleged vicious dog case resulting in fantastic day for the wrongfully accused pup in March of 2020.
