Background
Nicholas is an Associate in the firm’s Construction Defect practice, where he adeptly handles all aspects of dispute resolution, including courtroom litigation. Nicholas began his legal career as a prosecutor in Adams County, managing serious criminal cases such as DUIs, domestic violence, and traffic violations. He then advanced to the Denver City Attorney’s Office, where he managed a substantial caseload and handled cases through all litigation stages, from arraignment to trial. With over 40 criminal jury trials to his credit, Nicholas brings extensive experience in drafting and reviewing dispositive and non-dispositive motions, as well as participating in evidentiary hearings and trial advocacy.
His commitment to justice is further demonstrated by his 750 hours of pro bono work during law school, reflecting his dedication to community service.
