It takes everyone working as a team each day at SGR to obtain favorable results for our clients. SGR sincerely appreciates the opportunity to be of service to our clients. Below is a sampling of the results that were obtained from dedicating ourselves each day to resolving matters for our clients:

◦  Eric Ziporin and Tiffany Toomey recently obtained dismissal of federal court case.

◦  Jessica Schultz obtained summary judgment in a bad faith case in federal court in November of 2021.

◦  Brandon Guinn obtained dismissal of a lawsuit after a successful motion for determination of a question of law in July of 2021.

◦  Tiffaney Norton obtained dismissals and summary judgment rulings in several cases in 2021, including obtaining awards for fees and costs in several cases.
