Good new abounds. Following a three week trial, Billy George Hertzke and Ashley DeVerna obtained a defense verdict in a potential multimillion dollar case. Eric Ziporin obtained summary judgment for his police officer clients. Billy-George Hertzke and Jessica Schultz obtained a favorable verdict in an auto case. Art Kutzer obtained a verdict of $2,000 in a recent auto trial despite a six figure demand. Eric Ziporin recently had a Motion to dismiss granted. Courtney Kramer recently had a Motion to Dismiss granted, including an award of fees. The SGR team is thrilled to obtain these favorable results for our clients.
