In January, Eric Simpson obtained a defense verdict in an auto case. Also in January, Billy-George Hertzke and Kate Laubach obtained a favorable verdict in an admitted liability auto case. Despite Plaintiff’s request for $650,000 in damages at trial the jury awarded only $30,500 in damages. This month, Ashley DeVerna and Billy-George Hertzke obtained dismissal of a Federal Court case alleging an unreasonable delay regarding payment of first party benefits.
