PHILOSOPHY:
I have been an insurance defense attorney since 1974 and have enjoyed every day of it. Throughout my professional day-to-day career, I have seen many changes, both good and bad, in my insurance practice. But one fundamental truth has remained steadfast in my practice – “I solve problems.” Whether a catastrophic injury exposure, a coverage dispute with serious extra contractual damage exposure, or a property loss, each one has required its own unique solution, be it a dispositive motion, ADR, or a trial to verdict, it has been my responsibility to find the solution befitting the problem. As I said, I have enjoyed every day of it.
